What is I Luv My Body's Hot Summer Shape Up Plan?
A 12 Week step by step fitness plan for women and men which incorporates proven exercise and nutrition methods to get you fast results. You will have a one on one goal coaching session, lots of flexibility with your unlimited access class pass (30 fitness classes monthly), a grocery store shopping tour, meal plans, 5 nutrition planning calls and 2 'members only' websites with all the done-for-you tools you need to insure you get your best summer body.
Exercise + Nutrition = Your Hot Summer Bod
Your workouts will be held weekdays at My Gym (901 Minnesota Street) in SF and Saturdays behind AT&T park. We have 4 morning workouts and 3 evening workouts to select from weekly. Each workout is 45 minutes long and will incorporate full body toning exercises that will raise your metabolism, increase your energy and endurance, and get you lean. Each class can be catered to your own level and ability (beginner - advanced) with our unique class formats. Since we will have 30 classes monthly, we want you to attend as many as possible (mark your calendar to come 3-4 times per week). On your days off of boot camp you will do pre-set cardio programs based upon our Interval Training methods. There will also be a grocery shopping tour and 5 nutrition coaching calls to get you on track for success!

During the next 12 weeks, we will focus on our exclusive 5 step plan. Our goal is to make getting your best summer body as super fun as possible! You'll receive expert fitness coaching in a friendly, easy to understand, work hard, challenging and accountable environment...
Time To Complete all this??: 45 min per day!Step One: Make It Personal... Defining Your Perfect Body
Your One on Session:
- This is where we get personal ladies and gents. We will schedule a convenient one on one coaching call to review exactly what you want to accomplish with your body, health and fitness in the next 12 weeks. We want to know what your ideal figure will look like because now, you will have nothing holding you back!
- Go over our VIP Hot Summer Shape Up member's only website so you know exactly how to use all of our done-for-you tools! We've got lots of juicy info for you - Automatic Caloric Calculation sheets, Meal Plans and grocery list downloads (what to buy and what not to buy), cardio plans for your days off, travel workouts for your beach (or any) summer vacation, stretching ideas, class times, calendar of events!
Your Personal Assessments so we know where you're at:
- Starting/ Ending Assessments (Before/After photos, waist measurements, starting weight).
- These will be held on the first and last week of your program and directly after your 30 day nutrition plan as well!
Step Two: The Sexy Stuff... Workouts to Tone Your Body!
Lift
your butt, tone your abs, thighs, tighten your stomach and of course
strengthen your body.. Don't think big, but lean and toned. This is a
bulk- free training zone! We have certain things you will focus on to
get the most out of your program which changes every 4 weeks.
Here's how it works.
Your focus Weeks 1 - 4
- Developing your core strength
- Learning proper exercise form
- Increasing your
endurance
Why will that be my focus?
- To enhance your understanding of the exercises, minimize your levels of muscle soreness, and minimize your risk of injury by developing your muscles before adding heavier weight or more intensity to your training program.
Your focus Weeks 5 - 8
- Pushing through each set with maximum effort - giving it all you've got sista (or brotha)
- Increase your exercise intensity buy trying to do one more rep on every set!
Why will this be my focus?
- Now
that you are comfortable with the exercises, we want you To maximize
your metabolism. We want you burning more calories all day long and in order
for this to happen we have got to pick up your intensity in class.
Your Focus Weeks 9 - 12
- Total Body Conditioning and Fat Loss - Increase your weights (pick up heavier weights) to fatigue your muscles faster and help you get stronger, leaner and more toned.
Why will this be my focus?
- To
increase your muscular endurance and never plateau. If you get too
comfortable using lighter weights, you will reach the dreaded plateau
which we want you to avoid!
Step Three: The Skinny on Nutrition... Eating Clean to Get Lean
Nutrition Coaching - Eat Clean Get Lean Cleanse - 30 Days
Most clients I speak with feel they eat very well most of the time:-) and don't think for a second about how big of a role nutrition plays in losing the weight they want... I have a confession to make... The workouts alone are Not going to get you the body you want.
Unfortunately what you eat on a daily basis could be one of the biggest things holding you back from your ideal figure! Your Nutrition actually accounts for 80% of the weight loss battle.
Luckily we have your back on this. We will be coaching you through an amazing plan that has helped many of our clients have great success and actually break through plateaus with their weight loss in just 30 days! We will start this plan right after July 4th so you have no excuses to cheat on your nutrition.
Here is what the schedule will look like:
- Week 1 - Grocery Store Tour - show you exactly what to buy and what not to buy. Plus our secret weapon foods that offer the best fat burning:-).
- Week
1 Coaching Call - Why we will eat this way for 30 days, how this will
reduce inflammation so you drop fat faster, clean out your system and
reduce sugar cravings, healthy supplementation.
- Week 2 Coaching Call - why eating paleo (with our twist) is exactly what your body needs to drop fat.
- Week 3 Coaching Call - the sleep/ stress weight loss connection, detoxing 101, organs involved in the process and how to give your detox an extra boost.
- Week 4 Coaching Call - What to do next, how to add foods back in, how to recognize food sensitivities and what to do as a result.
** You will get our official 'eat clean schedule' upon sign up. And don't worry if you can't make the weekly coaching calls or have scheduling conflicts. Everything will be available for you to download including the weekly coaching calls so you can still access all the information you need.
This plan will be eliminating inflammatory foods from your diet for 30 days. But at the end you will feel like a million bucks. And surprisingly this is a lot easier than it sounds. You will have all the support from us and your fellow boot campers to get through it like a rock star (and look like one) when its all over!
Step Four: Strip Your Body From Fat... Cardio Baby!
We use specific interval training methods to develop our programs that will help you get your cardio on when you are not in class! And the best part is they can be done in only 20-30 min per day! You will use these plans 2-3 days a week for best fat burning results.
Step Five: Social Pressure:-). Everyone's Gonna Be There... Motivation and Accountability!
Because our programs are results driven, we rarely accept drop ins to our classes. In fact, the only way anyone can train with us is through signing up for our programs for a minimum of 3 months. Why is this? Because we have built a community of work hard women and men who love to come to class on a regular basis and actually see the progress they want to see. The best part about this is that because you will be hanging out with your new boot camp friends 3-4 days a week in class, you will inevitably develop relationships! Our clients go out together, are Facebook friends, go to eachother's weddings, you name it. So, if you don't show up to class for a week, you will be 2) getting a call from your instructor or b) getting a call from your friends in class asking where you were!
